On Divine Weeks' singer Bill See's second solo album, 1999's "In Sickness & In Health," he truly hits his mark with a stark and harrowing account through marital discourse and alcoholism before reemerging in the grace of the light. This newly remastered version gives what many believe is Bill's best solo record the sonic upgrade it deserves. And a nice bonus track added of Bill and Divine Weeks' guitarist Raj Makwana rehearsing for Bill's book tour for "33 Days" with a passionate version of "Running Over."
